Rain Prayer and Rock Type Moves

In the description of rain prayer, it says that it boosts water and electric attacks by 50% and decreases plant and fire by 50%. However, it also decreases the attack power of rock type moves (when it shouldn't). Please look into this and either put rock type moves in the description as being 50% reduced, or take away the debuff of rock type moves when it is used. Thanks.

I don't know whether I imagine it but even though it stated there that the rock type atk is reduced, it's not reduced at all. Raining or not, my Neon received the same force when my friend's scythe attacked me in PVP.
