Boosting pvp honor

Cheating is cheating no matter how you word it. If you have 2500+ pvp points and can't even get top 20 in ladder something's wrong. Haypi. Where are you. Do you damn job. We don't pay you tens of thousands of dollars so you can sit back and vacation all the time without taking care of the people paying your bills.


Last screenshot is the biggest cheater of them all.

I'm sure they'll do something the next time. They just didn't foresee this thing happening, I guess.

As I said, it isn't really cheating in the terms of the rules for the game.

Just wait until this thing finishes and if another similar event is released in the future, that's when you should say more as that means that Haypi isn't listening to the players.

Do not wastes you time for danwhit_190 anymore. He has a wife already but still do like kid. I think may be he gets sick about Thinking. danwhit_190 has a logic that if he pays a lot for something, anything has to be like his idea.

Well, this tournament has discovered another way to get much much more than 3000 on our server. 4000-6000 range. It's not even PvP anymore.

Quite brilliant though. Luckily the rewards for PvP aren't that great yet.

It does bother me that there are players abusing the system but not surprising considering the system Haypi has in place allows this to happen. I'm not honestly sure there's a good solution either. There are many players on server 3 whom like myself don't cheat but do have high scores. Banning everyone over 2XXX may sound good but you may ban an honest player as well.

I think this event is a great start to encouraging people to start pvping. However, there are some obivous flaws that I'm sure Haypi has begun to work on.

A few suggestions:

Can only fight againist a certain player 5 times a day.
Can only win with a certain partner 5 times a day (After that you are rewarded honor but no points).
Rating system should be adjusted, after 2000 points should only be awarded in 1 or 2 point increments. Losses should take away 20 to 25 points.



We as a community need to focus on ways to improve the system to encourage people to pvp. Today, the rewards aren't that great, cheating is everywhere, players scores don't always match their monster's strengths, and not enough people are pvping.

Clearly, it isn't fine because as you said there's only maybe 10 people on a server of thousands that pvp. It's not much different on any server. Part of my suggestions are about fixing the rating system. Once you control the rating and how scores are given out they can enhance the rewards which will encourage players to pvp. You can start to reward chests, exp, skill books, scrolls, just like doing veteran or expert modes today.

For example, matching should not only factor in a player's rating but their monster's grade and rarity. That way if you have stronger monsters or weaker you will be matched againist people your level. If you win, based on your rating you have a chance to be rewarded not only honor and silver, but perhaps a chest.

VIP has nothing to do it. If you don't spend any money on this game then your voice doesn't really matter in my opinion. The company that made this game didn't make it so you could play for free and drain them of all their time and energy. They made the game to make money so they could feed their kids and earn a living. That's great if you don't want to pay, but don't complain about how none VIP players aren't given the same rewards. Because honestly, they shouldn't be.
