Cant recieve my skill book chest from PAL

My PAL reach lvl 12 but didn't recieve my skill book chest!

did you send him a monster? send a monster to your pal and when he reaches lvl 12,you will receive a skill book chest

I send him monster when his lvl 3! Same procedure with my other 2 PAL the only difference is didn't recieve the reward on 3rd PAL!

same here haven't receive any skill book chest reward from 2 of my pals today.
I've sent them a monster before they became level 12. I think this only applies through accounts created through the inviter's code, the previous pals created theirs before version 1.3 and they played after patch 1.3. I've sent them monsters and they reached lvl 12 and i got the skill book chest rewards from them.

They always reply within three days,

yes I did that yesterday already and im still waiting for a reply.. =(
