i bought 9 coins in the game, but i won't receive them

I wrote this letter to inform you about the issued I met. I purchased coins since right after the updated which was 24/05/13 but till now I still did not received any coins I purchased. Furthermore, the money in my visa account has already been took off which you can see from my transaction bills below, I have attached my bills included with this email.
