That is your personal opinion. I think of it as saving them many hours of effort. When they level up enough to the point that my lineup does not kill the boss, I let them kill it, and only take the essence for most damage. The decision to un-pal also lies with them if they don't like the arrangement.

This is precisely the problem. On weekdays most people don't play often so bosses from pals don't show up. On weekends everyone plays, so it is easy to surpass the limit of 10.
Well, it is morally justifiable to not defeat your pals' bosses and subsequently take most of their essences unless they always give you permission to.
However, I take your point that it is part of the game and the delete button is there if they get annoyed by it too much.
Abusers don't necessarily need the whole 24 hours to get the bosses. There are players who received Gryphion within a week of it coming out. This certainly suggests that it doesn't take that long for some players.
They are not able to check each account and their pals as that will be an extremely tedious process and they don't have enough manpower. If there are other ways that you think will prevent the abusers, which won't require them to keep monitoring accounts or working on this specific problem constantly, I think it will be a good idea to send them an e-mail.
You have quite a lot of pals so I'm assuming that you already have Gryphion and possibly a second one for breeding. Therefore, if you are solely going for the other prizes, I suggest that you just transfer your efforts into PvP. It will take more work but it will be a solution to the problem as I don't think they will raise the cap any time soon.
There definitely are players who have a lot of proper pals, not just side accounts but I am guessing that the amount of players who actually get way too many bosses from their numerous pals is miniscule. This is largely overshadowed by the abusers.
I take your point that some of what I say is from my personal opinion. However, seeing as you're the only one having problems with this (as far as I know), it doesn't seem likely that they will modify this cap.
