Intimidate

Intimidate

Am I the only one that feels that the mystery talent intimidate is servely lacking in the fact that it can only become activated when it comes into battle after the opponent?

I have it on my ignitemare which generally comes into battle first and with it being my lead and best monster, I don't want to have to keep switching it in and out all of the time just so the skill works. I think it should just activate at any point a monster comes into battle with it as it would make a lot more logical sense.

I feel that with the current structure it is set up at and the monsters it is available for, it renders it slightly useless for the best mystery talent for the monsters.

Anyone else agree?

It should work just like Adaptability, when you get hit, Intimidate activates & decreases the damage taken.
This would also fix the balance between Ignightmare & Draco.

If it activated like that it would be so op. if you keep switching that monster, the enemy team will be hitting like a sliver of hp every hit, it would just it so everyone was using intimidate

I'm sorry, I might not be completely clear here.
With ''working like Adaptability'', I ment that it should only activate once on each monster.

Once every turn would be a better option to balance it out a bit more as currently it seems to be very underpowered

Honestly, any talent such as intimidate or unnerve should activate when you can see both opponents on the battlefield. Mine always activates when I'm the first one in and it doesn't debuff anything because there's no enemies.

IMO intimidate is already a good talent. Its just not a talent that might suit for ladder

but in pvp or pve where you can switching in and out thats where talents like intimidate and the boosts shine

to have intimidate activates for every monsters encountered this talent will become armor IV

But that shouldn't be a point of a talent to only be good on certain game modes?
