I'm sure admins will pick someone that is mature enough not to ban people because they simply don't like them.

Experts have been around for what, over 2 years in haypi games? There has been cases like that yes, but if you screenshot chat and show that you were muted for no reason then you'll get unmuted if you still are and the expert will probably be removed or at least given a warning by support, and if they do it again they'll definitely lose the title. Trust me, this is a much needed part of the game, and has been well thought out. Don't worry about stuff like that happening with any regularity. Unless you're in my server and I'm expert, then ill just mute people for laughs by making random words mutable (joking of course)

Ban? I don't think experts will have that power. I think they will be the main voice and the ones responsible to watch for and to report such incidents that warrant a ban. But as for the actual power to ban I don't think an expert will be given that.

As far from what I've heard, Server Experts are only able to give out 5-hour Chat bans.

Yea I've heard this as well. even though I've suggested to give experts the a Ability to set the mute with a max of 5 hours. Sometimes an immediate 5 hour ban is too harsh and people just need 30 mins or an hr to cool down
