Oh well I misunderstood and that makes the problem even more complex and interesting. However with this information maybe we can make a little progress... Is there a message that comes up that let's you know you can't log in? Does it just keep loading? Could it be that you were banned either intentionally or by mistake?

Just loading for ages.. Then "communication failed, please check your internet connectivity", hell yea, nothing wrong with my internet, i can login with my 2nd account, no problem at all.. i wonder why, maybe my 1st acc got stuck or something like that..

As i have just checked the Bug report section of this forum, there are lots and lots of people having the same exact issue.

There are 80 servers in HM alone, and only 5 support members to handle the letters from them plus their assignments in other games. I know you're upset you can't play but they have a lot of mail to go through, be patient.

Dr_Fabulous here from Server 27 too & got the same login problem. It's Tuesday & PVP reward day, wonder if that's causing problems again ?
