@Koenaj, can you give me advice on what talent and skill set should i put on my Rhor. I'm on a server that has a number using Pewg(Taunt). TIA

I don't have a lot of experience with Pewg/Taunt combos, but I'll try my best !

Talent : Force-III
Item : Winged Boots
Skills : PoD - Electrical Storm - Thunderstorm+6 - Mind-Bending/Wind Blast

Your opponents will most likely start off with a combo of Rain + PoD, so you'll have time to get PoD up before taking damage. Large chance you'll be faster afterwards due to the Winged Boots.
After that, you should be able to 1hit the Pewgway with an upgraded Thunderstorm.
Then, depending on that OELs are popular in your Server, you might want to consider getting Mind-Bending instead of Wind Blast, or vice versa.

Veterans can you take a look at this 2 skills.
If im understanding it correctly SWITCH HIT is hitting monster and forcing the monster you hit to be switched, with 5pp i think this is better than Windblast.
Correct me if im wrong because i dont have both skills yet. TIA

No, u got it all wrong.
Switch hit does not force your opponent to switch. It allows YOU to switch after HIT the enemy. The power is very low almost equivalent to "smack". Unlike "smack", "switch hit" does not make you hit first.

I believe "windblast" is very simple and you already got it.

Switch Hit is rubbish.
As DotaPlayer said, you can change monsters, else people could just spam Switch Hit and get the win eventually ...
Wind Blast doesn't let you pick your opponent, but when you're at an elemental disadvantage, you'll most likely be using Wind Blast, and switch to a neutral, or maybe even advantage!

I got it now, thanks. Hehe. Its always a good thing to ask veterans first before testing it ingame.

If you Windblast a monster when there is a stake ability like Toxic Stake or Flame Trap cast on them do to traps activate?

If Switch Hit would change the opponents monster, people would just spam it till the opponent is dead !
And no, skills like Toxic Stake, Flame Trap, Drown and Shake do not activate when Wind Blast is used.

Well I still back Wind Blast as a skill, I accidentally put it on my Scythe when I was drunk and was trying to add Sandstorm and decided to keep it since 80 EoW is a bad mistake. But being able to mess with peoples flow and setups etc has been amazing useful.

If I could do it all over again, Id put it on a faster monster/monster with Penetrate to get rid of Taunt/Foresight Pewgs.

Wind Blast is indeed extremely useful to mess up peoples ideas .
It's extremely useful when combined with Soak/Photosynthesis, as you won't miss a turn, but you'll still heal!

I even use windblast in BL expert map >_<

It really is useful.
