I can't log in. And switch account.

i can't log in my account and my other account, while im switching my account suddenly the pop up message always say connecting. And afterwards they say connection failed, please help me.

Are you sure you have Internet connection that allows Servers?
You can set WiFi to block certain gates, which includes Servers used for games.
