Actually I'm watching my friend's account while he is away, and he has 2 pure S Lv60 Purr's with Mind bend +6 on the both of them, and they both still have 5 pp

There are also Gryphions that have Underdog Power, and Fenrirs with Invalidate.

As MasterWill said, it used to be 5/5 and 3/3 at +6, but it got changed shortly after, as it turned out to be a glitch.
Some people even had 6/5 pp, so it was pretty rigged back then .

Anyhow, I don't think it'll affect a lot of people, to be honest, I rather save the money & Essence it costs to upgrade to +6 and put it in another monsters unupgraded skill .
