If you already got the one from the book for 5,000 silver then the only way to get another is to return to the book and pay 40 gold. (I had to do this for flaunt which was needed for hippo) hopefully you still have some of the 20 gold for login errors and some bonus from pvp weekly

You can get them in silver eggs
