What do you mean VIP reward? Near as I could tell the only VIP reward monster is Boarbarian.

There are other monsters given as vip rewards aswell, you need a be a higher vip tho

When you look at the requirements for floor4 climb, it says scythe, felicity and vert are tamable.

You can only get purrfection from eggs. And this past thanksgiving event rewarded it for spending $200

Vip 6 gets a Neo and bolt bead
Vip 8 gets Mantis
Vip 10 gets Typhox (legendary)
