Disappearing OELs

If you had Screenshots koen then it would be more clearly for us/haypi monster. Always do Screenshots when u have got sth or done exp levels like bl 15 or newer maps exp 15.
This Game all it does is milk money. Next updates will add money eater like previous updates ^^

Haypi will check your screenshot and check their server data. Server do not lie and if your screenshot is not fake then it was a Bug and u need to get compensated.

It can be easy or hard to find out if a screen is fake but i can check it out myself like you can do too i think. You can always check if a pic was edited or not. How hard and how much time it takes is another question.

Gives us 2 same screens which one of em was edited and i will tell you which one it is :p

I never thought they would go low enough to lie to their players.

It could have been a bug though. Did their record show different monsters from what you got? Were the other monsters that were mentioned by support in your monster inventory?

I guess that should be a lesson for us -- we should get screenshots of everything just in case we need it to prove our case.

A similar thing happened to some people on server 15 after the update - one got a breeding pair for Bolt and two others got extra Sphriex scrolls. The one who got the bolt bred it quickly but when they checked it after a while the scrolls disappeared from their bags and the the extra bolt plus the baby bolt disappeared from their monster inventory.

I hope you're telling the truth Koenaj, or Haypi may have little pity on your account. Anyways good luck getting bahamut and pegasus and hopefully they will come without legal action

I had kinda the same error, my pegasus turned into bahamut? Lol
As u can see in the pictures i craked 2 pair of pegasus and when i went to monster list 1 pair turned into bahamut....

Yes the monsters i cracked are there but the problem is it shows i cracked some monster while i got others imstead... So koen i totally belive you bro hope u get it fixed

So you have bow Bahamut AND Pegasus after you only cracked Pegasus or what r u sayin?
