It hilarious that Haypi cannot even have the decency to post any progress or info.
To help you out here are some suggested comments for support to use in these situations :

"Sorry server is down we have had a server breakdown/hack and we are working on it. We estimate..."

"We are holiday for a month, so see you in new year when we reset all your accounts to 0 and you can start all over again"

"Our Tech does not know how to fix and the receptionist is having a go"

"Is the server down, nobody told us. Ok yes it is down...errrm...what do we do...where is the on/off button ? Ok that was the microwave !"

"We can't be bothered anymore so [frack] you all"

Even haypi is telling us to go find another game if we don't want to put up with this kind of crap.

Geez support, even a "Thank you for your patience while we maintain your server" letter or forum post would be better than this complete silence. Ignoring your utter incompetence won't make it go away.

Has support tried the following?

Is the server plugged in?
Did you try rebooting the server?
*Flips to page 2 of the universal troubleshooting book
Is the -/0 button set to -?
When set to -, does it make any noise and lights?
Is the network cable plugged in?
Do you know what a network cable is?

ARGH!!!
You guys are right, ANYTHING from the support group would be nice.

Has support tried removing their heads from their asses long enough to respond in some manner?
