Meniss??

How can I get meniss? I don't quite understand the seal cards ! I'm on floor 4 but Iv heard people talking about sealing monsters above floor 1? Is this true and can I seal meniss or any good monsters?

In purple caves, various epic monsters can be sealed. Meniss' purple cave can be found in Volcano-10 Expert, if you land on the cave you have a chance of catching it, they are strong and only have a catch percentage of 1%.

i've tried couple of times replaying that stage for 2 weeks now
Just can seal Meniss

you can't find it?
its a purple cave somewhere near the boss , use dice roll
