Hey there!
There are a few ways to obtain a Bolt Bead, which is what it is called!
The easiest way is to complete any Chaotic Swamp, Thorny Forest and Ocean Abyss Veteran or Expert Map; it can be a prize on the wheel. Gold and Crystal Chests also have a small chance to give you one, but this isn't really reliable.
Also, you get a Bolt Bead upon completing Sealed Space-15 Veteran Mode and by buying VIP-2!
