everyone look and help out account hacked!!

my friend stelios90 got his account hacked by a stranger and cant get it back and support wont message him back. his temporary account is Spyse87 . he was on floor 4 top 5 please try and get his account back and try to get support to see this post !

Tell him to go under account, at the very beginning of the game and click retrieve password. You can also reset password sent by email. Hope i helped.

he doesnt remember his email that he set his account up with. and he cant retrieve a password because the person that hacked it changed the password. but thanks for trying to help !

If he doesn't even know the e-mail the account is attached to he is pretty much screwed. How is he supposed to prove the account is his?

I'm sorry to tell you that we don't usually work during weekends (even if we do, we don't follow routine hours) thus your friend's issue might have been put on the waiting queue, no worries, support members will attend to the cases according to time order as soon as we return to work.
