poe.... also Snappey

Where exactly can i find poe? I have been looking but have not come across him and i just got the honey pot i need to evolve him. Also I got a snappey and leveled him to 22. He has no attack skills and i wasnt sure if i should keep him or if he is needed later on to synthesize?

you only use snappey for enhancing, he raises attack greatly. Poe can be found in any first floor levels.

Also if you purchase eggs with silver you can get the evolved forms of Poe/Poe.
