Why does it matter if he has multiple accounts? Why would that justify banning him?

Well, its true that he might use that for different advantages, in world boss, he can prepare the 4 accs to give the last blow when the monster is @ 3-5k hp or even more. and in ladder he can scout monsters using dif accounts.
But this aint an ilegal move at all, he worked hard on those, so... #qqariver
