Help with team setup

I need some suggestions on what monsters i should have on my team.

My current team is:
Neon (Lv 50, Silver Class, Adaptability) [Thunderstorm +2, Lightning, Rain Prayer, Lightning Strike]
Felicity (Lv 50, S Class, Magic Force III) [Psychic Thrust, Mind Bending, Confusion, Memory Wipe]
Clawpard (Lv 50, S Class, Inverse) [Ice bullets, Aurora Borealis, Avalanche, Blizzard)
Meniss (Lv 50, A Class, Magic Force II) [POD, Cunning, Shadow Swipe, Shadow Storm]

Subs:
Scythe (Lv 50, S Class, Armour II) [Boulder, Rock Fall, Earthquake, Ultrasonic]

I want a team to go well with my Neon and Felicity, any suggestions?

The hardest combination to beat with these monsters would be:
1) Felicity
2) Scythe
3) Neon
4) Clawpard

The key is to think what are the possible combinations your opponent may use to defeat your monsters sequence. I would upgrade feli first, then scythe, if i were you, pretty much op xd

Do you think i should change any monsters? or should i just focus on upgrading? im already halfway through taming my next purity

the most common mobs are the electric/water and earth.

the forth one is usually psy or ghost.
you need to make your team in thought that you can counter any type.
ice Its nice but if you have electric Its not really valuble because you lose another mob slot that can take down 2 types.
if I was in your shoes i would reconsider clawpard because neon is silver.
maybe plant or water type can do the job.

my four for example:
Purr,Rhor,Whalorn,Scythe
at the bench i have:
Brawny,Meniss,Faerivy,Smiter and Blaze

Its very useful against world boss and boss raids.
