What's the best felicity build?

I was considering MF3 with mind-bending, fire bomb, water torrent, and underworld leech just because they were all magic based attacks. I really could use some advice

mf-3 with leech, pt, mind b, and fire bomb

water torrent will make you stunned, and wont do as much damage as just doing mind bending twice, especially with mf3
