The 1.3 Epic's Talents and Stats
With the synthesizing thing, people can now decide on which of these monsters they want to get, but it is hard choice to make without knowing anything about them. The monsters I'm talking about are Bragga, Needles, Robo, C-4PO, Pinster etc.
Robo

Talents: Technician I, Detonate I, Static II, No Guard, Inverse
Special Skill: Speed Control, lvl 50, Power --, 5 pp, "When your Monsters' speed is slower than its opponent, the damage it deals increases."
Thoughts: With Inverse and the ability to learn most moves Robo will be able to Buff his ATK with Super Fire Bomb, his DEF, with Massive Boulder, and MDEF with Aurora Borealis. An expensive monster to trick out but might be worth it. Speed Control does extra damage when the enemy monster is faster (which will be always), not sure if its a buff or a direct attack though.

Needles
Talents: Thorn III, Force II, Magic Force II, Natural Cure, Evade
Thoughts: Thorn III should return 50 or 60% of the damage received, sounds pretty awesome, but since Needles is a High DEF/MDEF lowish HP monster it probably wont be very effective other than a painful annoyance to kill. Even if his last monster kills you and itself with the same attack with your Thorn III, you lose. It might do very well in Expert maps though, spamming Photosynthesis and Soak while doing guaranteed damage.

C-4PO
Talents: Fluctuate, Force II, Aim, Static II, Apathetic
Thoughts: Fluctuate "Decreases your monster's ATK, DEF and SPD in odd turns while increasing them in even turns" and is linked to the rounder counter at the top of the screen. Best usage would be to have C-4PO as your second or fourth monster in rotation so it buffs first round in auto battles like Ladder or World/Raid Bosses and in PvP/Levels just sub it in when your current monster dies in an odd round so it comes in buffed. Fluctuate would also synergize really well with Foresight, allowing you at the very least to survive the first debuff and maybe even the second one if Foresight doesn't miss the second time.

Pinster

Talents: No Guard, Technician II, Force II, Torrent II, Armor III
Special Skill: Halve, lvl 50, Power --, 10 pp, 90% accuracy, "Break through your opponent's defense and halve its health"
Thoughts: Armor III would work great with Halve and Water Torrent, who needs ATK anyway and most Electric and Plant skills are Physical with Underworld Leech at 75 power and Lightning Strike at 55 power being the most powerful Magical attacks. As per kirbyskiller_508, Halve damages for half the enemy monsters current hit points, 151hp->76hp->33hp->17hp etc.

Bragga

Talents: Double Double, Force II, Magic Force II, Haste II, Healer
Thoughts: Double Double doubles the effect of stat changes both positive and negative. This would make the various 50 power buff moves highly effective. Downside is his crappy DEF/MDEF/HP means he probably won't get buffed enough to actually take advantage of Double Double before dying and one Cunning will end him and if you actually manage to get any buffs off one Punish will do the trick as well. Memory Wipe should be a no brainer as when upgraded it buffs DEF AND MDEF as well as wiping any debuffs would accrued.
In Dual Duel he might benefit from having Angel with Generosity as a partner and both casting buffs, alternatively and a Whalorn with Favor and Relay might allow Bragga to enter a fight with some pretty insane buffs. All told, looks like he'll be a pretty poor monster.
