Any tips on beating this Meniss so i can get my No. 1 in ladder back? -.-

Using an Inverse Clawpard with Aurora Borealis will buff your MDEF to such ridiculous lengths when they are using cunning on you and cast Blizzard for guaranteed 8% damage a turn. Also if you have Punishment, you can wreck PoD users.

He's great i actually have him on my team. Soon i'll have a mantis with massive boulder aswell!

My gold meniss kill inverse clawpard with AB with no problem. Do u get AB debuff\buff in blizzard? i don't think so.
