Upgrade/Stat Bet

How does this actually work? I know the Stat bet you need to monster to be upgraded. For upgrade do i need to have another epic monster at S and lvl 50 to upgrade it?

Nope. Only the main monster got to be s rank and lvl 50. To make him bronze you just need another one even lvl 1 rank e-. Also for silver. But for gold you need another same monster bronze that you'll sacrifice for the silver one
