Purrfection and 90 Power Skills

With an S Purrfection with Yoga, Mind-Bending, and several 90 power physical moves it will always use Mind-Bending in World/Raid Boss battles. From what I understand it will use 120 Power physical moves if available, but what I want to know is if there is a threshold of upgrades to a 90 power skill to have Purr choose it over Mind-Bending.

I want Poison Leaves +X to be used against Water or Earth bosses instead of Min-Bending etc.

At this point in time, all my purrs physical skills are +5 and it still chooses mind bending. I'm seriously just thinking of nixing mind bending and giving it another physical move at this point because it drops me from doing massive damage to wb to only doing 600-800

My Purrfection just used Poison Leaves against my Raid Boss Scythe!

Neither Poison Leaves nor Mind-Bending are upgraded.

It uses base 90 skills against raid bosses but not wb

The AI brings type advantage into consideration. So if the boss were to be a Felicity, then purr will still be using mind bending. However, since ur boss is a scythe, poison leaves will have a type advantage over scythe thus dealing more damage to the boss than mind bending.

My issue is it choosing Mind-Bending over Poison Leaves vs a Geo world boss. Ignoring Yoga; Poison Leaves at 146 ATK with 2x damage from an element advantage will out damage Mind-Bending at 166 ATK with STAB yet it chooses mind bending.

But if what Deathwrain says is true then none of that matters. Though I wonder if Purr will use 120 power moves over Mind-Bending or if it just uses a monsters strongest skill of their type if possible.

My purr will use massive boulder+4 9/10 times against fire and electric world bosses. Though the 1 time it uses mind bending is when I'm would have made the killing blow and instead I just hit enough for someone else to take it

That's kind of perfect then. The reason I ask all these questions is as I build my quiver of monsters having a universal like Purr would be better used as a dedicated Boss killer.

Plus since weather isn't so reliably useful in ladder & PvP and in harder Vet and Exp levels my experience is monsters 2-hit with 90 power skills and 120 power skills I'd like a monster to soak up all the 120 power Advanced Skill Books I find since weather isn't consistently applicable enough unless I have a throwaway first monster like a Water casting Rain Prayer to lead an Electric sweeper.
