Rp players

Alright, I'm so tired of rp (role-play) going around and annoying people in chat, you have to do something, either ban it or make a private room for it

I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about, but if people are misbehaving, you can send a report to the Support or to the e-mail, which is monstersupport@haypi.com. If you do send a report, I suggest you to send both your Server and proof via screenshots.

Couldn't you change the chat language? Or is that TLT only I forget. I know on TLT when the english chat gets stupid i switch to chinese chat and its always calm.

Well, that might solve the issue, but you'd have to guess what everything means from then on, as chats will be in chinese . Not to mention that it'd solve the chat for him only, and not for everyone else that gets annoyed.

Rp is supposed to be a role play where they just pretend they are things or creatures and sometimes it gets a bit dirty and there are kids on the server who might actually learn the stuff, also they kinda swear

I'm in server 604 and the chat at 9:00 pm is bad with all the rp

Aaah, I've seen my fair share of those as well. It can get quite annoying indeed.
Best you can do is to send a screenshot of vulgar language to any of the links I posted above, that way they'll get a 1-day chat ban the first time, and if they continue, they might get a permanent chat ban.

Im Sorry Koen but i sent lots of Screens to Support and those ppl never got banned for even 1 mins. We all know those 5 Support cant handle that many Servers on haypi monster and we are not talking about other games servers.
They might care about TLT but HM only gets short auto replies from Support and they do nothing. Thats fact!

Really? I've had several occasions where people got chat banned. Do you use the email or the support page?

I usually use InGame support mail function. Is there a difference? I mean are the ppl in the support via ingame mail less qualified than support via Email ?
