The situation is that Apollo has been ranked number one for almost the entire server period, with over 1,500,000+ prestiege over the second ranked alliance.
They were outranked once by Templar in the first few days, Templar has since died out.
Because Apollo holds the top five or so members, they feel the need to attack those lower than them out of grudges. I am not innocent myself.
There are a few members, those in the top ten who choose to attack people based on their own personal mislike of the person.
An example: Kennywelsh moved his city various times to attack that person relentlessly, if they said absolutely anything that he didn't approve of, he has done this mutliple times and caused many players to quit.
I only use this example because it is the most prominent and well known to me.
Saurons complaint is understandable.
However it is true that this IS a war game, and people should and are allowed to war as they please.
There is a rule, where a person cannot attack a player more than five times in one twenty four hour period, this should help you in building your own defense Sauron, regardless if attacks have been made personally against you.
I suppose overall, the point I'm trying to make is, that the server is new.
Coldshot was ranked one for about a week, and now it is Zelp (<3). Templar was ranked number one and now it is Apollo.
Things will not stay this way. Apollo is in its golden period, and will eventually fall, like all things do. Why? There could be various reasons. There is no telling which alliance will be ranked one in a few weeks, there is no telling which members will be in the top ten in a few days. If you give up so easily, without so much as trying, then maybe resignation is the right way to go.
Leave it at that.
