War prestige gain/loss formula?

is its against the rules because he is atacking himself for pres? or is it still cheating if u do that to help out a friend?? because ive seen people asking in wc so wondering if i should step in

It's cheating to attack yourself with alts.

That's why lots of people didn't get pvp prizes

ok thats with yourself tho, so when people are asking people to attack them with smaller armies for prestige would that also be cheating?
