I just use the photoshop website. Upload any image you want to an create away. Its very easy to use. Thats how i made the one i have.

i think i finally found out how to make one althouh it sucks

It took me a while and I had to make mine at school using the website stated on my banner but I think it's a pretty good first effort trial and error was the best way to mine look good this took me about half an hour to an hour to make as I'm not really tech person lol I tried getting a pic in the backround but it kept turning out blurry >.< which is probs why it took me so long

ye, i used the same thing, but it looked really boring when i just put my name and one of those slogans from sloganizer.net so i decided to try and explain my name, coz i seem to get alot of questions bout that :-/ so ye i dont think ill ever make a actual cool one, so jut went for the gimick. i dont think photoshop 7 will be any good for making stuff like shades ^^

Gimp could probably do something similar, but only if you have lots of patience and tolerance.. Oh and it crashes like ever few minutes
