My Inactivity for trying to Downgrade to 3.1.3

I'm going to be inactive for a while until I can figure out how to downgrade back to 3.1.3 because my iStupid doesn't want to downgrade without a signed apple 3.1.3 software. If anyone wants to help me on this PLEASE do because iSuck 4.0+ crashes everything and basically SUCKS. So yeah I'm trying to downgrade and this is really failing for the moment >.>.

4.0 is laggy but i am learning to live with it as i like some of the new features

even if i did want to switch back i would have no idea how to do what ur talking about
