Loss of troops to insufficient crop glitch

Hi, this morning I awoke to 90% of my army dead. my mail showed 3 loss of troops due to innsufficient crop mail from system all occurring at the same time. It happened 3 hours prior to my logging back in. When I logged in I still had 417,918 crop in my warehouse and a positive crop output of 69,011. I have a problem and need your help, I did the calculations but nothing adds up. I lost a total of 59,183 infantry and 12,866 cavalry. But my crop output is still at positive 69,011 per hour and I have 417,918 crop in my warehouse the lost troop reports were from 3 hours ago, 3 hours of positive  crop means I've gained 210,000 crop since then that means at the time of the lost troops I would have had 207,000 crop in my warehouse. This has to be a glitch, It just doesn't add up. Is there some way I can get my troops back please. 1Million Server 1

srry but i think no one can think of an explanation and neither can i. In my opinion i think it really is a bug if you found absolutely nothing wrong. You should ask the support in the help button bc they might make an update that will fix that. might even send you a gift of coins or whatever

If you are short of crops and your troop will die each hour and you will get the lost troop report when you are online.

I know about troop loss to starvation, but this is not it tracy, i lost troops 3 times at the same time, and i didnt have low crops, after all my troops died I have 69.011 positive crop, starvation would have taken it to zero only not 70 thousand positive. This is some sort of glitch

Please don't take this lightly. I would really like my troops back, they should not have died, look at the three mail in a row from system, lost troops all at the same time 3 times, something went wrong and just obliviated my army. I did the math, at the time I lost my troops I still had 200k crop in my warehouse and when the system killed them anyways after that I had 70k crop output in the positive. the system should not have killed past zero and into the positive.

Ouch! that sucks! I had a wierd bug too it was at -11k crop and i thought i was screwed but then i sent my troops hunting and it went back up to 1100 positive crop? Whats with the crop glitch today?
