Odin
Odin is the Norse god of wisdom and war, also called god of ravens, god of hanged men, and lord of gallows. He was the wisest of the gods, and all the other deities came to him for advice. He gave up one of his eyes to gain wisdom. He has two ravens on his shoulders whos names stand for thought and mind, they fly through the universe bringing home news from everywhere. His spear, gungnir, hits anything it is thrown at.
This alliance being named odin and our alliance always able to down it's targets is no coincidence. Neither is our alliance always being in the know of just about everything. Nor is it's connection with ravens and my name erraven.
I'll be looking to assign our vices certain positions so that i'm not doing everything, lol. Positions needed are:
1. Scouter/target acquirer. someone who has free time, likes to chat. Possibly someone who doesn't use coins so that you have something to do while waiting.
2. Foreign relations. Someone to communicate with our allies so that it's not just me and leaders can get ahold of someone besides me on those occasions where i might actually be offline or just not able to respond.
3. Leveler/advisor. when we aren't at war or attacking a target, this person will pick a person each day to help in the alliance. Level, find prestige, sales, etc.
4. Striker. Someone that can carry out destruction upon enemies while i'm offline or just for the fun of it. The target can't be allied and no picking on a person just because, lol.
5. Second in command. Obvious. lolz. needs to be in the opposite time zone and have a good head on his/her shoulders.
We already have vices, but we need to do some serious management rearranging. Also, if you just apply to get inwithout talking to me, you have 0 chance of getting in. It is a requirement that I get the following info from new recruits:
1. Previous alliances. as far back as you can remember.
2. Level up method. aka purchase coins, hidden skill, city drop, builder, Luring.
3. How active on chat you are.
4. Why you left your previous alliance.
5. Why you want in Odin.
