Pinning

The art of pinnin a persons city so they can't move has been used on me, and by me. But didn't there used to be a rule as to where I can not attack someone if I am being attacked by anoter player? I believe the warning read sonethin like, "you can't attack another player while threatening troops are coming Aaagh yadada". Now I am able to attack players while being pinned and players I have pinned can attack me. When did this change? And also, I was hidden attacked today but I couldn't control my troops as the timer froze (not that it would have mattered as it was the number 4 or 5 player on the server). Can we please fix problems likethis and make it so you aren't able to hidden a fort or oasis? What are they going to do hunt the troops? It just makes it easier for us to forget we are attacking.

Well i have been pinned to but I attacked someone with inf and them moved slower
