Make alliances have a type of actual declare war

Say your alliance and another alliance are at war. I think the war should actually be special like say you attack, sense it declared a war then you earn more prestige points than usual. And let there be like a actual treaty letter you can send out and the alliance and accept it or decline it. And if treaty is broken, and let's say the alliance put in the form, "if one o you members attacks one of ours you owe our alliance a certain amount of resource or prestige, than it's taken from them sense the agreed by signing the treaty. The amount of prestige will be taken from that alliances overall and added to the alliance who kept their promises but the war will still be continued sense peace was broken ( if the attacked alliance wishes to attack back of course)

If you ever played KAW they have a great war system....an admin from one clan declares war on the other .. Other clan needs three admins to accpet or one to decline... War starts 12 hours after declared...once started and yu start attacking you earn points for your clan and it compares tht points like a scoreboard updated every ten minutes showing how many attcks made.....it last for 48 hours unless a forfeit is made but can only forfeit after 24 hours

I don't know exactly how they will work, but alliance wars are coming out in the next major update.
