Yeah I expect critique from everyone, but to be honest, noone disliked my poems in the beginning and I was like, "oh ok." that doesn't mean I don't expect critique.

I dont see a problem with shade honestly stating his opinion, he gave you advice about mixing it up and increasing the vocabulary and I think tht is more helpful than 100 people sayin. . . "good job"

Rogue17, yes. But I'm 13. Why the heck would I carry a thesaurus with me to Santa Cruz? I don't use thesaurus', because I think out of the top of my head.
