Is the person that requested your password the same person you originally gave your password to a while ago?

I think something needs to be done with the ease of changing email....i mean seriously..

it was meant to help get accs back if pass hacked or forgotten, right?
so what would the point be if as soon as its hacked email gets changed?

E-mail passwords are no concern of Haypi, though.
How well you protect your own private information is up to each individual.

Haypi give the option of returning your account details to you if you provide not only your original e-mail, but your original password.
Naturally, if you disclose your password, you've given person B 50% of what they need.
Remember, Haypi doesn't share your passwords and details, YOU do (not to anyone in particular).

Yes, if that information is provided you can have your password returned to you. You must also supply the username but that goes without saying.

In short, if this information is given or gathered from a 3rd party, they can receive the details to your account.
This is also why Haypi constantly stresses to NEVER share your password or account information.

Perhaps this will be a lesson to all.

Several months ago I was unable to continue playing due to life commitments. I had a person on here who I believed was a friend I had made look after my account. When I was able to continue playing I got my account back. The persons name was. xxxxxxxxx. Once I had my account back I changed my password. I was hacked last night and after performing some investigating I was able to find out that xxxxxxxxx is responsible for getting my password once again,I can only speculate that he has recieved it by requesting it from support. If this is the case why wasn't the original email on my account used to send a request for a password if this is what xxxxxxxxx has done. At no stage did I give xxxxxxxxx my new password and didn't share it with anyone. I was able to trace this information back via the sales of treasure on the markets. Wickerman

We've been saying all information should be confidential. Don't give other ppl your account. You have the responsibility to take good care of it. We send the password to original email which was registered in haypi kingdom only if someone asks for help. Anyone who has a deliberate misrepresentation of the facts would get sued.

Wick, you can change the email where you change the password. Have you asked nicely for the account back?

He has had the account back since just after it was accessed.
