iOS 4.1

this is happening on all my main servers..
(6,10,5,12,3 (in the order i got them)...)but PvP works fine... kinda weird...

Yeah, considering pvp is almost always laggy....

I upgraded to iOS4.1 last week, I have a ipod touch 3rd gen 64gb, Chat has been working fine, and I been playing 8 hrs+ a day everyday. a guild mate sent me a private message for updating the emoji ad for alliance and all of a sudden I am no longer to access any chat except letters. This was about 15 to 30 minutes ago. This was also my first Private message since upgrading to iOS4.1. I don't know if it has anything to due with pm, or emoji or both. But this has broken chat completely for me. I have tried to unload the app through the mulitask bar and rebooted my device, nothing helps.

I am now having the same problem on multiple accounts. Chat worked fine for me until the game crashes the first time. Once the game crashed and kicked me out of chat, I could not get back in. Not unless I delete and reinstall the app, then I get one shot at chat.

Quick question to people having this problem: when I reinstall the game and finally get back into chat, my pm tab blinks like I have a pm, but I never do. After I click on it it stops blinking, but everytime i reinstall and get into chat, it blinks like that.

Is anybody else getting this too?

I have this exact problem. I can't moderate the chat at all now. Its so annoying

it thinks that you r just starting the game new, so if u had any pm before u deleted and reinstalled the app it will blink, or thats whats happening to me.

I am having exact same problem as described by all. Iphone 3GS running 4.1 os. Delete app and reinstall gives you one chat session, then will crash app. My pm will flash as well. This is incredibly frustrating as coordinating anything via chat is now impossible. I think we've determined this is a problem that many people are experiencing. Hopefully we will have a fix soon??!!

For those of you with this problem, i heard it was tied to opening your pm window, so id try not opening private chat until they come up with a solid fix

This one is a simple one.

The problem is with the PM's - as soon as you get a PM you can no longer launch chat. You can only re-launch chat when the PM tab is clear (can't see historical messages) which is about 12 hours after the last one would have been sent.

To get in temporarily, reinstall the app.

Log in, and go to chat, and it will work fine. As soon as you close chat, you won't be able to get back in till it's clear or you reinstall!

I leave my itunes on the Haypi app page, so i can reinstall rapidly.

From deletion to reinstall to login takes me about 2 mins .. i've practised

Still, it's hella annoying and I hope they fix it soon.
