Fail Whale Insta-Mute

Hello Everyone,

I'm a new player in server 13 and I have a question. A player posted a fail whale and everyone who has experience from other servers said it was an insta mute. Can someone explain why? It was a one off and it's less annoying then alliance ads. Also support 13 was on and she didn't say anything about it. Can we have an admin ruling?

fail whale does not get an instant mute. if that does happen, you should report the expert in question.

Acording to many it may be. Haypi admin have said it was not.

Fail whale is not an insta mute. Now if you post a fail whale more than once in under 5 minutes it will get you muted

So use the same rules as alliance ads?

Also, don't put two or three whales in one post. I'm sure you would get muted for that..
