CS5 help

i have CS5 and idk how to make a border on it..
ive looked and looked and looked...
nothing...
any1 no how?

You can either increase canvas size with the color you want in the back, or my personal favorite:

Select all
Modify->border
Select your pixel size you want as the thickness of the border
Select the color you want
Fill
