Banning/ Mutes from experts

I would like to say that ive been abuse by some expert... i dont know who but was muted for putting an alliance message than i asked why on my alt and my alt was muted. I was NOT WARNED!!! I had not done anything wrong and was in the middle of a conversation. This is abusing their powers. I like almost every expert but i do not like the experts that abuse their rights as an expert. I will not say names

I would also like to say ive only been muted once before and that was because i spammed an alliance ad too many times at night

Were you spamming or was the alliance name inappropriate? Also, avoiding your punishment (mute) by using alt accounts is against the rules so a warning wasn't needed. Send an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com if you have screenshots explaining what happened.

I dont have screan shots but it was an obvious Outrage. I Just had Join Fallen With lighinting on both sides of fallen. I said it alot in 1 ad. That was my first time saying it in about 30 min. He had NO right in muting me. NONE. Unless somone can say otherwise that is all that i will think

I Would like to make it known that removed Muted me and i would say that he has already abused his powers... He must Warn me or another expert warn me. I Really had dont nothing wrong, Having my vice post the ad was just bad luck and u cannot do that. I would seriously like to revoke ur expert Title. I was Doing important talks with my alliance since i am the leader and now i cannot do that

I Think it is my computer, it says that i have no internet conneection but i clearly do. I will try that but i doubt it will work, Thanks tho

Just shoot them an email with your username, server and what time it happens with said offense.
