Best Support Response Ever

ok, Let me start this by saying that I'm not upset at the situation at all and understand it's part of the game. I've moved on and rebuilt the sub that was stolen, but I couldn't resist posting this up.
Last night I had a sub stolen. I woke up during one of the attacks and tried to command. When I hit the command button, the game crash and I had to reboot my phone.
By the time I got logged back in, my sub was gone and my message box had been spammed so I couldn't see who took it.
At this point, I went back to bed as it was 3am.
When I woke up at 6am to get ready for work, I sent a message to support explaining what happened and simply asked for a copy of the War Reports between 0600-0800 Game Time as I don't know when the attacks actually started and wanted to look over them and see who was initially responsible because I assume that the account that actually stole the sub was a sub account of someone i attacked at some point.
Here is the response I got back from Support:

While I understand that they are busy, but really... I didn't even get a canned response. I didn't even get completely ignored. I got a blank response...

ok, update. shortly after Support9 sent this, they sent over the War Reports. Thank you Support.

I would completely if there wasn't a follow up!

while i spammed tracy for an S1 clean up i got several responces that were blank one said we are consideirng it one said i think told me that i have had people (not just me) send her like 200 mails in 1 hour.

Kc, I'm Angela. Support9. The first Letter I replied is sent from my device by accidentally press "Send" button,the touch screen is sooooo sensitive... you know it.
Then I went directly to my system mailbox to get you a complete answer.

Only question I have is that are you Support for both S9 and S13?
