Complaints with refusal to read or read before complaining?

People love throwing out the first amendment every time an expert warns them about something they say or do. I've gotten very weary of this and hope my post in this matter reaches someone...

First Amendment
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"

Note it says CONGRESS shall make no LAW...etc. There are no laws by congress abridging the freedom of speech. Also, there is no federal or even state retribution for anything you do in this GAME, therefore NO breech of the first amendment can ever take place in this game. I see this arguement every day still.... seriously, if you're going to cry about first amendment violations, you can at least read the first word...

So...

Experts, i've heard, are supposed to warn 3 times. If they're just outright muting, on first offense, then the expert is in the wrong and if the expert mutes on first offense, then that player is being a continuing problem right?? The expert is the one with the mute button, they're the ones given instructions on the side. This issue shouldn't really exist. Here the experts are the ones giving instructions on the servers, if you believe they are wrong, ss what that expert said and send to support. Experts are players too and are subject to the rules as well, problem solved. If support doesn't do anything about it from there, then guess what.... they're running the show in this game. It's a game, if you feel your first amendment rights are being broken in a game... think about this... like I mentioned above, the first amendment doesn't even apply here and people are also given the right to silence people in palringo and other apps as well. Should that be an infringment of the first amendment? hate to break it to you, but when your "freedom of speech" infringes on the feelings and rights of others, your rights can be squished, quite quickly too, considering this is nowhere near federally maintained or regulated. Ex. i'm in the movie theatre, i can't just randomly yell this movie sucks, i'll get kicked out, right?? That's not infringment of your rights, but you're infringing on the other peoples right to enjoy that movie and thus get kicked out. The creators of the game have the right to make rules, you don't like them, DON'T PLAY...IT'S A GAME...and as they say in the USMC... U (you) Signed (the) darned contract... (yes I used d and not m. It would be an obvious bad acronym if I had used M). You agreed to the rules... If you have a debate on whether a mute is invalid, speak to support. If you have a problem with the character of an expert, ss the behavior and send to support, but it's likely it will be shot down unless the expert actually broke a rule. Preferably with evidence when you ss. It just creates chaos when people bash each other and get chaotic in a game and in chat nontheless, with children that play this game. Children not only learn from parents, they learn many social behaviors from their friends, peers, and anyone in general that they want to look cool in front of... If you have a problem with a particuliar rule, gather friends and send to support or have a petition of sorts on the forums. Randomly arguing with no intended action is just chaos. Chaos incites more chaos.

I hope this problem is solved.

Overall... if you have a problem, pass it up instead of creating chaos and diminishing the value of the game to the experts and players witnessing repetitive arguements. I promise any player that's been playing a decent length of time has seen the issues hundreds of times and I KNOW many are sick of hearing about them. Just remember, you're subject to the rules and regulations of Haypi, which isn't federally regulated, so the the first amendment has no application here, but rather the rules we all agreed to. This is considered a contract between one or more people. :| :| :|

Re: Complaints with refusal to read or read before complaining?

It's actually my job to know what the constution says and many of the court cases involving judicial aspects for the next few months. lol. People seem to miss several aspects and complain about warnings they didn't get. Bugs me too...

"In the event that a player violates any of the rules, Haypi Kingdom Team may, in their sole discretion, apply penalties which include a warning, mute, and ban" - this is done through experts which are given instructions from the haypi team. :)

Then you have the people complaing because someone got access to their account one way or another and destroyed them...

"Players shall take responsibility of their personal data. Do not disclose your account password, financial information, name, telephone number, physical address, email address, etc. There is no compensation for damage done by someone logging onto your account, no matter how they got your password"

Then the chaos inducers that complain about the "violation of first amendment", covered earlier....

"Note that the following guidelines are not exhaustive, and may not address all manner of offensive behavior. As such, Haypi staff members shall have full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate.

People hear what they want to hear, and see what they want to see.
If someone doesn't point out their flaws directly or basically go out of their way to prove to them that they're wrong, then they feel they have every right to dø as they please >,< even though it isn't right.

I hope I make sense..

Re: Complaints with refusal to read or read before complaining?

I'm suprised that nobody complained about me putting this in suggestions. lol. It's an implied suggestion for everyone to read and not be ignorant before leaping into the middle of big crowds and spouting amendments and big words that they have no idea how to use. :)

I tend to have multiple thoughts running through my head at once making my grammer and organization of thoughts come off as odd at best. lol. ;)

Re: Complaints with refusal to read or read before complaining?

I am having persistent issues with the game, and have made every effort to resolve the issue with the support team, but it takes days to get a reply, and it is becoming very apparent the only interest Haypi has is in collecting your money as fast as possible before they are caught and discharged from the app store by apple. Enough is enough; I'm no longer going to even attempt to resolve the issue with them and am taking my issue to apple. I strongly suggest anyone else who experiences issues does the same.

Very well said indeed, some people just need to read the Rules and Agreements and know what they are getting into. It's not hard to NOT swear, it's not hard to ABIDE by the rules, well spoken.
