Help! Connection Error!

I downloaded this today and everything was going fine until I changed my name then went to sign in again. I get the welcome to haypi message and all I get is the loading message and then a connection error. I have restarted my phone redownloaded the game and have full Internet connection but still the same problem. Please help?

They might just be having server lag or something. Try waiting a little while and trying again.

That's exactly what happened to me. Was fine until I changed my name, after that can't connect, it just sits there loading. I'm on server one, and I'm assuming the servers just down, but was a tad bit curious if it was just me or not. Been like that for past few hours, but generally takes longer with mmo games, like RO( had to namedrop that sorry hehe)

I am also on server 1 and also have been like this for only couple hours so it definatly sounds like it must be the server problem! Hopefully it's fixed soon and isn't always this unstable.

I am having the same issues. This has been going on for about 14 to 15 hours, I have restarted the app, redownloaded the app, restarted my phone, waited, tried all three multiple times throughout the time I have been completely unable to access this game. I don't think it's a server issue if this happens consecutively to multiple people after creating a name. Quite possibly a bug in my opinion.

Could be a bug, yes. After I changed my name, my connection also went in error mode

yes just wait there are alot of new players entering server 1, the lag on the server will mean the loading data will be there for a little while

Same here it's been almost 24 hours for me. It's definitely a bug. I hope they are reading this, so it can be fix asap before our protection period is over.

I'm using 3gs so not an iPhone 4 problem. Goin on about 12 hours still same problem. Common guys fix it already

calm down sparticus if its a bug then itll take at least a week to fix as thats how long apple approval takes. your just gonna have to wait and keep trying
