Lost coins

I have lost 14 coins to the abyss.

2: I used to speed up by 1 hour but it did not speed up
1: bought iron that never showed up
1: bought iron, showed up, then disappeared after the "connection" error message
10: bought VIP, didn't show up, and tried again. It then charged me 20 coins for 1 week VIP

This is a major problem! I won't spend real money on coins until this gets fixed

I also lost coins while trying to buy iron today twice

This Happened today again with stone. I have screenshots on my phone

I did that but never got a reply

it sometimes takes 1-2 days!! as each support has 6 servers a piece!!!!!

Hmm...I sent 3 support emails...only the most recent one got answered. They just told me I need to restart or I need enough capacity in my warehouse. I have both those things.
