Actually getting nominated doesn't affect if u will get it or not but being nominated by a expert will increase your chance but it doesn't really affect u if u r nominated by regular player(well that's what I heard from alot of expert)

I'm refering niki1000 who os verry trust worthy an will allways give u a2nd chance
