Like Uranos Said if you go into any major Supermarket like tescos or Sainsburys' for UK people, then you can buy itunes gift cards, This puts cash onto your account and will allow you to buy coins. Besides with most SMS payments you are charged an extra % of the transaction so you would loose out and end up paying more.
