Changing City Name

There's a sub city near me, but the name is very inappropriate. I talked to support, and I was told that changing a city's name was impossible. I'm sick of looking at that city's stupid name, and Haypi probably needs to figure out how to change it.

i bet you probably didnt phrase it right as support doesnt speak english and a little misrephrasing can mess them up.
i suggest this

"Apple" xxxx has a sub city name (explicit word) i am completely disgusted with his city name and it really bothers me. as haypi in game rules say explicit names and vulgarity is not allowed! i would request that his city name be changed to something generic or removed

Support understood what I said. They even asked for the coordinates after I sent the letter. Then I was told that changing city names is impossible.

If a moderator could clear this up for me, that'd be great.

Changing city names aren't impossible.. They've been changed many times.. Have u sent the players name as well?

My alliance leader didn't like her name so she talked to haypi and they let her change her account name.

At this point, I really need somebody of authority to talk to. If support said it's impossible, I won't doubt that; but I really need reassurance from somebody I can truly trust.

I don't think they should allow people to change city names just because they want to. This could cause some problems. When people take somebody's sub city, they often move it, and if you want your city back, the only chance of finding it is its name. Due to this, people would want to change city names way more times than Haypi has time for.
