Referral not awarded.

So after playing the game for awhile, I got my wife to join and use me as her referral. Unfortunately she ended up on another server and I never got credit for the referral. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Ya but how do you level up if you can't finish the refer task?

The refer task is not needed to level up.

I believe the referral only works within the same server. not in different server.

my friend ended up on a different server he tried to refer me but it did not work. i tried adding him as friend, still did not work until i found out we were not on the same server.

And I hate the dev teams put us randomly into a server without having us to choose. I still love the game tho. i just wish the Dev team could do something because I would rather pay some sort of money to move to my friends server or have him move to me. It's rediculous that we are stuck on a server that they choose for us when we download the app and load. What kind of game is that? I haven't seen any game that picks your server for you.

It used to not be this way, the only time referrals would be seperated is in full servers... With all the new ones its gone haywire tho if you havnt lvld up much in your server ive heard that some people get moved... Dont know if its true or not tho

I have had the same problem when i reffered the game to my friend. He also ended up on a different server.

I really think it is a shame, that we are not able to choose server or change to another.
It would make the game a bit more fun, if you were able to play along/against your friends and family.

I must say, my will to refer other friends and family is at the moment very low, because of this server problem. It's a shame, becaurse i really like the game and would like to play with friends also.

All of the sudden, there was a king of kings on server 16.

is that true fruitcakes or are you giving an example?

and refers do work out of server do not worry:0 as it works the same as full server refers:) also send a message to support

ex. your in s17 and your friend in 26
you are level 5 he is level 2

"Icey" my friend xxxx is in s26 and i referred him to the game and want him to be able to join my alliance and be in the same server with me so i can help him:0 is there anyway that i can possibly get him into my server as he is only level 2. its not like he would be a dominating force here or anythning i would just like to move him to my server:)

I'll already wrote support.. they said there was nothing to do.. but they would try to look at the problem...
So really hope they find a solution...
