Re: PVP

rogue, that's ridiculous. Expressing displeasure and seeking resolution for something is absolutely acceptable. I'm just supposed to blithely relax in the knowledge that they are aware of it?

There's been no announcement, no letter to users, nothing that says "Hey guys, I know we screwed the pooch on PVP, but trust that we are working on it right now and will get it going as soon as possible. When the server is active again, we'll let you know."

That's called customer relations.

Re: PVP

Listen people, they know about it, they are working on it, and they will resolve any issues with coins. The true hardcore pvpers know this happens everytime, and we deal. Haypi trys each time to better pvp but the only way to test it is to run it.

Sooooo....stop the bashing, enjoy the main game and just keep checking to see when it's back up.

Re: PVP

this is a typical expert response is it. always blind minded to the side of haypi to "ENSURE" they keep their job as expert. "true" pvpers are sick and tired of it. as you can not name one pvp player who has made it through every pvp without quitting guaranteed. and no caliee haypi cant just test pvp by running us through it. i am normally on haypi side fore everything but pvp is not something i agree with. their programmers have s999 all to themselves. they also can run pvp by themselves by throwing 3k accounts in at once. again you do not know everything in the view of haypi do you? you are answering questions for them when i no for a fact experts are not told much about the behind the scenes works for haypi.

thank you:)
have a nice day:)

There is no justification for perpetual failure. A professional company doesn't just "know" about issues. They address them: they send out customer relations mail to inform the players, they discontinue PvP until problems are fixed, etcetera. Have you ever seen successful companies deal with problems? Microsoft doesn't just say they're "aware of the problem"; they hold press conferences, send emails, and have customer support at the ready, always. If there's a problem, they're ready to help. Same with apple. They didn't just say, "oh yeah, the iPhone4 has bad service, we're working on a fix". They found a way to fix it, then informed their customers. Yes, the fix involved duct tape, but it worked.

Haypi needs to invest in long term customer relations. You can't be a successful company for long if legitimate solutions to problems are nonexistent. And to be honest, I'm tired of getting copied and pasted "engrish" replies to my support mail. Get some native English speakers, Haypi.

Re: PVP

Blunt but very true and I think hay should employ helpful players to deal with small matters such as questions etc and employ us to wok on. A new FAQ
